Booking and Check-in Policy
AccessAt The Atelier Lofts, reception is available daily. However, there may be short periods during which staff are temporarily unavailable. In such cases, guests will receive prior instructions to access the property independently. In accordance with Spanish law, guests are required to register their national ID or passport details prior to arrival.
Rates and PaymentAll prices include VAT and applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Upon making the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged to the credit card provided via Stripe, our secure payment gateway. The property reserves the right to cancel any reservation in the event of errors or irregularities of any kind.
Cancellations and ModificationsAll rates are non-refundable. This condition allows us to offer highly competitive prices. Date modifications are not permitted under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged in full. The reservation is guaranteed once payment has been successfully processed. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.
Deposit and LiabilityIn certain cases, a refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or additional expenses. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damage has occurred and all terms have been complied with. Parties or events, including bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, are strictly prohibited. Guests are requested to respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00 in order to preserve the comfort and wellbeing of all occupants.
Data Protection and Legal FrameworkPersonal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and current data protection regulations (GDPR). By confirming the reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions, which constitute a binding accommodation agreement. This contract is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from its interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
Confirmation of AcceptanceBy completing the reservation, the guest confirms having read, understood, and accepted the present terms and conditions in full.
ALOJAMIENTO AUTOMATIZADO
The Atelier Lofts está pensada para ser completamente automático, las reservas se realizan únicamente a través de internet, por ello, la disponibilidad que ofrece la página es a tiempo real. No contamos con recepcionista, usted recibirá en un email los códigos numéricos para abrir la puerta de The Atelier Lofts y la de su habitación correspondiente.
TARIFAS DE PRECIOS
Todos los precios de nuestras habitaciones incluyen I.V.A. y otros impuestos (sujetos a cambios de legislación), a no ser que se indique de otra forma en nuestro sitio web o en el correo electrónico de confirmación.
RESERVA ONLINE
En el momento de realizar la reserva, se le solicitará al cliente el pago del 100% de la reserva de su estancia. Podrá realizar el pago mediante tarjeta de crédito. Si desea realizar el pago por transferencia bancaria, (la reserva no es inmediata), formalice su reserva y le haremos llegar instrucciones de pago mediante el correo electrónico de confirmación de pago.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
Puede cancelar o modificar la reserva (según disponibilidad) sin cargos adicionales:
- Hasta 15 días antes de la fecha de su llegada
Fuera de ese plazo, o si no se presenta, la pensión podrá cargar:
